We take great care to ensure all gifts and cakes leave us in excellent condition. If you have any questions or are in any way disappointed with our service, please contact our Customer Services department by telephone on 0330 2232 602 or by using our Contact Us form.
We aim to respond to all customer service enquiries within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our food products are made to order for you and items cannot be returned without first contacting Customer Services.
We make all of our cupcakes fresh daily and check each batch for quality, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, you must contact us within 5 days or the receipt of the goods in order for us to resolve your complaint.
Products that you consider to be below standard should be kept and returned to us, after contacting Customer Services, to allow us to check the quality of the items. We regret that we cannot offer refunds unless the items are returned.
If, after checking the products, they fail to meet our high standards, we will issue a refund which will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.
